I have used one teaspoon of honey to one teaspoon of cinnamon with about 1/2 to 1 cup of water once or twice a day and have lost 7 pounds in about 1 month. I do what Hulda Clark suggests and boil the water and put a little vitamin C in to reduce possibility of the honey not being totally pure.
