Re: Salt Water Flush with B&P?

Hi Tracey,

I thought I read the salt water flushes were fine as long as you did them first thing in the morning, 1 1/2 hours before putting anything else into your system? That should be time enough for the flush to work through your body and should not interfere with a B&P shake taken later in the day, shouldn't it? I mean how long is that stuff supposed to be inside of you "scrubbing"?
