OK! I will take your advice and start off once again with a new bottle of Bentonite and adhere more closely to the one hour before meals.After reading your message last night got me thinking.If a bottle of bentonite holds 500ml and I take 20ml (1 tablespoon)three times a day giving a total of 60ml per day the bottle should have only lasted for 8.3 days.In saying that I went to the calender and to my surprise I was a week ahead of myself and when I was on day 21 infact I was on day 14.STUPID ME!.
Gee I need that clean out to work dont I in order to get my mind working properly again.
