Hi Zule...I'm glad you're getting Holistic Horizons. People who experience constipation with the b&p's usually have excellent bm's on the HH (without there being any laxatives in them - yay!).

I guess you have read that post of Ptree's that said that 90% of seratonin (happiness chemical - don't know if you're familiar with that word in your language!) is synthesized in the gastrointestinal tract...so it follows that once you clean yourself out...your depression will lift...?

Post again and let us know how you're doing...mabye PTree will have some good food ideas for you. (your diet sounds pretty good) Are you drinking at least 2 litres of water a day? (warm only!) Actually a number of people find the guidlines for the 'blood type' diet quite accurate. When they don't eat the 'avoid' foods they notice they feel better. You might want to look into that too - if you know what your blood type is.
