The reason that it might be a good idea to do a Bowel Cleanse before a parasite cleanse is to clean out the parasites 'livingroom' first! If you clear away their hiding spots (in and around old mucoid plaque) then you may get parasites out without even using a parasite cleanse...then when you DO start parasite cleansing it'll be easier to get 'em!

I'm thinking that your son probably really needs a good bowel cleanse (bad breath can be related to toxic bowel build up and/or toxic liver) anyway. How are his bowel movements? (can you ask a 17 year old about that??) Does he notice any undigested food in them? Does he go at least once a day? Are they well formed or soft? His stool may tell us a lot about why he has stomach aches...

I would definitely start him on the bowel cleanse...and will you do it with him?

Another poster here, 'Noflush' has been cleansing for a few months and has almost cleared up her acne by doing the liver flushes and bowel cleanse and by eating raw fruits and vegetables (not cooked), among other things. You might want to get your son to eat more raw foods so that he gets some enzymes and nutrition.

I am sure that all this cleansing will be good for you, too. Are you going to bed only when you're dropping off to sleep? Maybe you should try staying up later, so that you only go to bed when you are so incredibly tired? (you've probably tried this!) hmmm...I'm not an expert on insomnia...but what springs to mind is...Is there something that is bothering you? Do you have some anxiety in your life right now? Or something that you should look at? You know - 'being kept awake' may mean that there is something important that you are missing and need to look at. Does that ring any bells?

Also...with your emotional-ness...is it basically a compassionate thing? You're feeling things more deeply? A heightened emotional state that is simply more empathic? If it feels like the sadness isn't coming FROM you....but you are just more empathetic, then that is good! Nothing to worry about.

But, if you feel that it's a sadness that is coming from inside you, then that might be what you have to look at.

I don't know if I'm clear on these two different types of Feeling. (it's late and I'm tired! sorry...)

Anyway...I think you're doing the right thing initiating this cleansing for yourself and your son....AND for telling us about your emotions and sleeplessness. It means that healing is on it's way!
