Weird Worms??

Feeling a bit "clogged" last night so I decided to forgo dinner and do a filtered water enema followed by a coffee one. During the process I passed several of what I can only describe as looking like just sprouted seeds. They were about 5 or 6 inches long and about 1/16" in diameter tapering at one end. At the other was a split "seed" with 1/4" inch leaves or wings coming out the other end. The whole thing was beige colored. Reminded me of the seeds we used to sprout in elementary school Science class. The only sprouts I've been eating recently are brocosprouts - nowhere as big as these. I have been eating more raw seeds and nuts lately but I don't think that the gut would be the right environment for any of them to germinate. And there was a quality about it that wasn't quite plant-like. Anyone else see anything like this? It almost had a consistancy like a fungus. Better out than in but I'm keeping an eye out for more.
