HELP!!!! LOL Rice Looking parasites??????????/

OOOOOOOK well.... I just started doing my garlic cleanses a little differently starting yesterday. I am using a garlic press and putting about 3 cloves worth in my food. WOW DOES IT BURN! LOL But it tastes good too. Just very spicy. Ok.... So now I go to the bathroom and have these rice looking things in there..... BUT I have been eating stuffed cabbage made with RICE and meat.... the only thing is that the rice looking things are shorter than the white rice and are all identical in size.... so... here's the tough one.... is it rice.... or parasites??? LOL
I looked at the rice in my mixture and some are longer than others. They're not all exactly the same size. The rice looking things I found in my lovely toilet.... are about half the size and have a little bit of a roundness or slightly oval shape to them and they are all identical. Is this rice particles or is it that by using a garlic press I am getting a more potent dose of garlic and it is doing the trick. I looked for some pictures, I found something that was shaped very similarly but they looked transparent.... mine are very white. HELP! LOL Thanks so much!
