last couple of days of parasite cleanse

Hi all- no I did not apss any worm like things (hopefully because they are microscopic)- I have been on parastroy for nearly three weeks now. I hope that is notmal and i have ctually passed out worm.

For the last couple of days I have also been eating pumpkin seeds and walnuts and I notice that its almost works like garlic- can notice the difference in the BMs. metabolism rate has increased.

any thoughts/comments anyone?

P.S. My skin is looking much better and my food sensitivities seem to have improved a lot. Infact the noticeable change in my skin condition has inspired some of the people around me to get into these cleanses too! Now I am done with a day day MC, four Liver Flushes , and one parasite cleanse- next i intnd doing bowel cleanse unless someone has any brighter ideas to offer
