I have been eating nothing, but drinking herbal tea which helps with the hunger pain.
today (1.5 days later) upon evacuation, I examined it. It was kind of shaped like some of the rubbery substances that are shown on this site. It was not hard. It was slimy and stayed in one piece when picked up. It had a green color to it. Not too green though. I had a plate of spinach the day before and maybe that was it.
I was wondering if I removed some type of muous?, plaque? or if it is the psyllium,bentonite combination that formed that rubbery substance that stayed together.
