Hi Rosebud! Good luck with the peroxide therapy! I've heard that the best treatment for sinus or lung infections is to buy a vaporizer at the drugstore and use it to vaporize the peroxide so that you can breathe it in. One should start off with a small amount of peroxide dilluted in water, and work up to 1 pint or more of 3% peroxide per gallon of water. Following the protocols for drinking and bathing in peroxide would also be helpful. Peroxide will clear up any kind of infection if you stick with it.

I'm currently also using activated charcoal (it works the same as Bentonite clay, but is supposedly several times more effective.) It's VERY VERY helpful while detoxing using peroxide. It will soak up the toxins, wastes, and dead organisms released by the peroxide, and remove them from the body. These toxins are what cause the detox and allergic reactions. Activated charcoal is the same material they make water filters out of. Emergency rooms give it to people who've been poisoned. It's basically just pure carbon that will absorb large amounts of toxins. It will increase the speed that toxins are eliminated from the body. These toxins are generally released by the liver in the bile but then about 80% or so is reabsorbed back into the bloodstream through the intestines. The charcoal will allow a larger % to be removed, thus increasing the speed of the detox.

There's a doctor (Dr. Shoemaker) who's using the prescription drug Cholestyramine to accomplish the same thing. It works the same way as activated charcoal does. I started using activated charcoal about 2 weeks ago, and it has greatly increased the speed of my detox. I've been having daily low-grade fevers (about 99.5F), and flu-like symptoms, and I've been feeling very bad. However, in the last few days, my food allergies have finally been clearing up! They vary from day to day, but seem to be about 40%-60% improved! These are all very good signs and possibly indicate that my immune system is finally beginning to recover! The fevers and flu-like symptoms possibly indicate my immune system is attempting to fight my chronic infection. In the early stages of my illness I also had these symptoms, but they went away as I became sicker. Now, they're coming back! I think this is a very good sign.

I purchased 1lb of activated charcoal powder for only about $14 (vs. almost $200 if I had bought it in capsule form.) I take two teaspoons in 16oz of water before each meal. Here's more info on activated charcoal:
