As far as I am concerned I keep on taking probiotic suplements with the meals. I have read (see LAPIS posting on page 9 also) that lactobacillius are quite resisting to oxygen in general. I have also found a study made by the big laboratories in order to ascertain that using H202 for thooth bleaching strips is not harmfull despitesd the 5 to 10 % grade of H202 used.
I also keep on taking my multivitamins suplements with the meals altought I suspect them to be a partial cause of some candida overgrowth in the gut as they are oxygen traps but I have no scientific evidence to proove that only anecdotal reports from candida specialists.

I have tried many ways to get rid of candidas but my opinion is that H202 has been the best so far.
Be carefull if you are severely affected to the die-off effect and start with one or two drops first.
I am also convinced that I will have to take it now all my life as it is not a medecine but a suplement necessary for my metabolism to function properly. It not only cure candidas but every ilnesses as our body when functionning properly is our best doctor, able to defeat any invader. I will find out by experience which dosage I shall take after the basic treatment.
I personnaly use (we are now 6 in the family using it) a grade sold here in belgium by the pharmacies (chemists) it is a 30 % grade (quoted as 100 % in VOLUME) only containing polyphosphates and orthophosphates as additives. Watch out, I personnaly take a 35% grade IN VOLUME which means as the pharmacy grade is 100 % IN VOLUME that they prepare it for me by adding about TWO third of water

If you follow the protocol with courage I am sure you will be stunned by the power of this natural healing way and I am also convinced that if you have candidas your body is more or less oxygen depleted as was mine.
