Thanks very much for the response. The fullness factor with the B&P shakes is a biggie! I think it will make a difference.
I think that is one reason I'd like to be able to continue taking my Flax oil... there is something very satisfiying about tasting the fat, yet knowing it is healthy. I've still never come across any references to using it with the MC, so I think I'd best prepare to say good bye to it for a while.
Any comments about the teas will be most welcome; in the mean time I will try to see if I can so a search here.
