Never satisfied to play by the rules I am doing both the tea and salt water flush (day 8 for me). But I cut the morning SSF in half. It's working really well for me but AmyK is right, you have to be careful not to get dehydrated. Regardless of what path you choose drink plenty of pure water and listen to your body.
Are you also going to add the psyllium & bentonite? If you do it's probably best to wait a couple days and then introduce them slowly into the rotation. The B&P shake is very good for grabbing up the junk that you'll be getting rid of and carrying it out of your body. But again, make sure that you drink plenty of water so it is carried through.
