2nd flush results-FINALLY

Well I did my 2nd flush last Friday. I have been so busy, have not had a chance to post the results.

I had been sick the early part of last week w/ the flu. Again I had become quite yellow, they call me "Mellow Yellow", so I had felt like a flush was in order.

I ate only apples on Friday and had AJ until 5pm. The epsoms did not run right thru my system like they did last time. I took my OO & GF, chased w/ V8, picked up the house a little, then laid down.

I woke up around 4am nauseous w/ no hope of going back to sleep. I had a glass of V8, which helped me a great deal w/ my nausea. I started passing stones after the V8. I probably passed about 120 this time. My morning bm's produced very dark green/black stones, most pea to marble size and some worms, yum yum. I dropped majority of stones in the morning. I spent some time on the site looking for stone color info, but I was getting sidetracked reading other things, so I never did find the info I was looking for. In the afternoon most of my stones were tan w/ dark green centers.

But the strange thing happened 4 days later. Went to the pot and there were 4 tan color stones floating. Well I was curious as to why they were coming out now so I scooped them out for further inspection. They were quite hard, others have been rather soft. When I had them out I opened them and they were Hollow?!! What is that? Food? Cannot think of anything I would have ate? I am still baffled by this??? Any one have any insight on this?


Good news is I am not mellow yellow any more. It took a couple of days after the flush but the whites of my eyes are now white!!! They have been yellow since Christmas time. My skin has cleared up and I feel sooooo good!! I exercise in the mornings, drink 2 to 3 glasses of warm water w/ lemon, watch my diet, started juicing, utilize castor oil packs and take dandelion/milk thistle tinture. I believe it was a combonitation of all of this that has helped w/ the jaundice. My liver seems to be functioning much better and I have so much more energy and happiness. It is so good to feel healthy, took it for granted before.
