2nd flush

I did the flush last night with my boyfriend... It was his first flush....
we followed the Dr. Clark recommendations and went to sleep at 11:00.... i took 8 ornithine .. but it only knocked me out for a couple of hours.. and i was on and off with sleep.. at about 4:00 i got so nausiated... i didnt want to vomit.. so i mixed 2 drops of ginger oil.. with some almond oil and rubbed it on my my stomach area.. within minutes I felt o.k again.. and fell asleep. my boyfriend was sleeping on and off.. i have some really bizare dreams in the morning... really healing dreams,but so emotional. My boyfriend got to the toilet first in the a.m
he passed about 100 stones in that first go....!!
then me... about 70 plus some big ones.. and lots of chaff

we have been running to the washroom all day.. but so far our totals are:

Me:aprox.250 stones mostly green... some tan and one white
Him: aprox 400.. some huge ones! the size of a quarter... mostly green some tan, and a few white!

Wow! it was a good flush and more stines have been coming all day....
he is 26 and I am 22.... I was suprised to see so much garbage come out of me...
so we told some friends.. and he has a couple of his stones in a jar to show people (he's really into the flush!!) .. and they are going to flush on monday... Everyone we've talked to wants the recipe!!!
I am exhausted... and have a headache on and off... he is doing well a little tired, and lazy feeling..
but we will both be doing it again in 2 weeks!!
