As far as my understanding goes, psyllium husk is the one with the power to loosen MP out of Your system.
It worked for me and i am adding a teepsoon to my breakfast oatmeal porridge 2-3 times a week.
I don't have any experience of Bentonite use, but if i understand correctly, it is capturing heavy metals from Your intestine.
My usual LF is Dr Clark method with minor variations.
Next time i will use a vibrator massager to find out if it helps to get more rubbish out of the liver, as some people reported on LF forum.
