How many capsules are you taking a night? I took 10 a night until the first bottle was gone. I am on my second bottle and taking 8 a night as I, too, want to keep this cleanse going. I see my internal specialist at the end of the month and was hoping to be able to tell her that I was (finally) not all constipated and bloated all the time. Since Oxy-powder is made with all natural stuff, I don't see the harm in continuing, especially since the makers of oxy-powder say you can take it for life. I think getting all this cr@p out is more important.

I have not peered into the toilet as I like to get stuff flushed asap. But an awful lot has been coming out. All liquid and I am so (pleasantly) surprised that there has been no cramping whatsoever, except for that first day. Gosh, can you imagine what 10 Exlax would do to you? OUCH! It would turn you inside-out. I am very pleased with Oxy-powder, its so easy to use, and I am really wondering why my doctor(s) never told me about it. Thanks for your testimonies.
