I think doing the MC (or basically any type of juice fasting) and a Schulze cleanse (or basically any fiber cleanse) together is a very good thing...and logically offers really good odds for a 'better than average' flush.

Whenever you can juice/MC fast a day, your body is said to have approximately 70% more energy to devote to healing, cleansing and 'dealing with backlog' than it would have had if you would have eaten that day (that 70% is the energy spent digesting, detoxing, assimilating, processing, and eliminating food). So it just makes sense that if our colons could devote less time to dealing with food, a Colon Cleanse should be substantially more successful (in a shorter period of time).


But also a word of warning/care: Master Cleansing and Colon Cleansing with an effective product might just detox/dump/release a whole bunch of toxins pretty quickly (in a day or so, I'd think)...so if I were going to do it, I'd be expecting to feel 'toxic' for a couple of days, anyway. This'd NOT be the time I wanted to short-change myself on fluids, for sure.

'Sounds to me like you're "thinkin' right"! Any other thoughts anybody?
