Thanks so much for your post Unyquity,

I have added formula #1 to my MC now. The first night I took 2 and I didn't have much results except for the noise of a party going on in my belly! I felt fine.

The next evening, last night, I took 3 formula #1. I felt horrible & stayed up all night. I felt really toxic and was shivering and just miserable. I no/little results even though I spent about 3 hours in the bathroom. My guess is that 3 was too much & also that I must be very clogged up & toxic. I am really scared now of feeling like this again.
[P.S. I didnt do the SWF during the last 2 days.]

I will go back to taking 1 pill for a few days and then gradually upping the dose.

I was wondering, do you think that adding IF#2 will help? As you said it absorbs & neutralizes a lot of the toxins (that hopefully will be released soon!!).

Also, I read somewhere on the forum, that when feeling that terrible, it's a good idea to do an enema? I haven't done that yet but I just can't stand going through that again. I was so desperate this morning, that the first thing I did was book an appointment for a colonic (I promised myself to do that while feeling so sick in the bathroom). I hope this will help, but I am a little scared because the first couple I had (a long time ago) went fine, but about a year ago I had another, and I felt the same way (during & after the colonic) I felt last night. I am really worried but if I do have to go thru feeling this toxic, then I rather have it sooner than later. Really want to feel energetic like I felt last time I did the MC (10 years ago, when I was in much better shape), but more importantly I want to be less toxic, but I guess that goes hand in hand with feeling energetic)
