I have gone on fasts, off and on now for about 3 years now. I am curious about the lemonade fast though. I hope that you are not having sugar in that. Sugar shuts down our immune system, and defeats the whole purpose of this healing fast. I highly recomend having fresh vegetable juices as part of your fast, not only will this nurish your body, and give you more energy, but this is what I have found to help with weight loss more efficiantly. The sick to stomach sounds normal to me. You are definately getting rid of toxins. However, it is not recomended to do much activity during a fast. If you have alot of healing to do, dont burden your body with looking for more energy to exercise. It takes a lot of sugars for fuel to feed our muscles and brains, and when doing a fast, you are sparing your body of the burden of digestion, so it can focus on healing. So for your own well being take it easy, walking everyday is sufficient.
I also have suffered from fibromyalgia, and I have found GREAT relief by taking 17 fruits and veggies in capsule form. When fasting i just empty the capsule into the juice. I have now been on the product for about 3 months, and im telling you the truth, I was desperate and was miserable, and like I said I have done fasting, and still love it, but I had more results in 2 days than I did fasting for a month. The sugar and salt is removed, and the fiber is added back in, so since I was border line diabetic, I know that having the sugar removed was a great help. I have also gone from a size 16/18- 13/14, and this was amazing for me, because I have an underactive thyroid. The results of this simple product, I feel has given me my life back. My pain decreases every day, and I feel like every day Im closer to being free of fibromyalgia. If you want more information, I would gladly tell you more about it.
Oh, congratulations on your making it so far on your fast. It takes alot of determintaion. You should be very proud of yourself.
