First off, dont despair. Pinworms are actually quite common- also in America and are a worm anyone can pick up- no matter what your status in society. Ive had them as a child- and so has my sister. I hear people at work remark how their "butt is itchy", so I suspect they still have them- but just dont know it. In this modern culture of ours, people are being raised that it just isnt possible to have worms umless you eat raw meat, or travel to a 3rd World Country. This is sad, because parasites are all over the World.
Children do get them easily and the eggs are easily ingested or inhaled from dust particles when you vaccum or garden. Pinworm eggs can live for days underneath the fingernails, so keep the fingernails trim- shorter and scrubbed with a nailbrush before you eat or put your hands near your face.
When gardening or cleaning scrape your fingernails over a bar of soap. When finished rinse the soap out of the fingernails- that will keep the nailbed clean and prevent worm eggs from ending up in there.
The itchyness you feel should be mostly at night when youre laying in bed. This is the time the adult pinworms come out into the anal hole and lay eggs. A good idea for you (after you clean and disinfect the sheets (full strength tea tree oil is good to add in the laundery) is to go to bed with cotton underwear and rub your anal hole with crushed garlic every night.
Pinworms hate garlic. Also, the underwear will keep the eggs from ending up again on the sheets.
To also help with the itchyiness, rub the anal hole with apple cider vinegar. They dont like that either- but follow up with the garlic!
You may want to vaccum the bedroom and bathroom with one of those Hepa Filter vaccums- Dirt Devil sells a small one I use for about $39.99.
Be sure to use a bandana, scarf or air mask around your nose when vacuuming to keep from breathing anything in your nose.
Dr. Hulda Clark
s herbs will help get rid of any type of worm-- and is good to use as a starter.
The herbs she uses are:
1. Black Walnut
3. Cloves or Clove oil
You may also want to get some Oregano Oil- and take two drops daily- and take 1- 2 cloves of raw garlic daily . I love it in my salads!
Both oregano oil and garlic taken internally also help kill them.
Make sure you do Colon Cleanses
before any parasite cleanses. Pin worms thrive on a clogged up colon full of old feces. Get that cleaned out. Cascara Sagrada herb is good for pushing out the feces from your colon. Also Psyllum husk taken with alot of water is good too- especially to scrape out the colon. Be careful with psyllum husk though- it can be very rough. Make sure you get enough water throughout the day with that!
Do weekly Bowel Cleanses
while you parasite cleanse also-- to keep the channels open to rid yourself of the pinworms.
What Pinworms love that we eat:
1-Milk and Dairy
3- Refined Sugar
4- Fast Foods
5- Chemical additives
These things make the body's ph balance acidic, and therefore the pinworms have an easy time thriving in this type of environment.
What Pinworms hate!:
1. Raw fruits and vegetables- - especially raw pineapple, papaya
2- Seeds of certain fruits such as Lemon Seeds, papaya seeds, Watermelon
4- Raw nuts and seeds
5- Sprouts- like Alfalfa Sprouts,etc.
Get more of these things in you than you would the junk foods and sugars, etc, and you will not only make your body's ph balance more on the alkaline side- you will find that the pinworms wont feel as comfortable in your body as before.
Apple Cidar and Balsamic Vinegar and Olive Oil are great seasonings that keep the body alkaline.
Malt vineger and white vinegar make it more acidic.
All raw Citrus- though it is acidic in the mouth, has an alkalizing effect inside the body.
After finding a parasite cleanser that is actually getting dead pinworms out of you- keep taking it once a week for life . People dont realize that probably every single human should be doing a maintenance worm cleanse once a week for life, because we are not living in a perfect World where there are no parasites. Centuries ago, people realized this, and it was a normal part of life to take anti-parasite herbs once a for worm prevention.
