Raw onion - could parasites like this??

I have been eating a lot of raw onion recently to get rid of intense parasitic cravings. However, while it can make my mouth feel numb, it does not seem to clear the cravings. In fact, it seems to make me crave more raw onion! I eat very little that could feed a parasite right now, so I am wondering if it is possible that at this stage, the raw onion could actually be food for the ridiculous parasites due its carbohydrate content instead of acting as an antifungal as I intend.

Just wondering if anyone else has had experience with raw onion, and which kinds (ie. vidalia, red or yellow?) were found helpful or unhelpful.
