eat organic fruits and vegs. distilled water, chelated vits. and
full spectrum of minerals, they are essential...easiest way is by unprocessed solar dried Sea Salt ....
no "whites"....white flour, white rice, dairy products, White Sugar , processed salt, soy(highly toxic), canola oil(same).
distilled water,...no more fluoride....

now, universal remedy......

put few drops of your urine in a eye dropper bottle , fill with distilled water, and several drops drinking alcohol, optional,....shake...take a few drops/2hrs. for a few weeks......your water has all antigen receptors in it and reintroducing them to your system causes your immune system to neutralize them and begin to shut down the autoimmune problems,.. MS..and whatever other ones....allergies, etc......parkinsons, epilepsy, dystrophies..
