Rich re Constipation ...

Hi Rich,
I used to suffer from constipation, just like you.
Liver Flush plus going on a Vata diet did wonders for me.
Also I found a significant change when I started observing Andreas’s ideas on when to drink water (i.e. 1/2hr before a meal & 2.5 hrs after a meal) and not mixing fruits with main meal (I have fruits at 10.00am and approx. 3.00pm). Papaya has a good laxative effect and tastes great, if you can get it in your neck of the woods.

I don’t eat any meat or milk products and all veggies are cooked (no raw veggies). Main meal is mid-day with a fair amount of ghee (fat) in it.
I do all the cooking myself so if you are stuck for recipes let me know.

Try going on a meat free diet for a month, see if it works.
