To be honest, I have not seen any real evidence that Lecithin is a miracle food. Being processed the way it is, it lacks in life force and, therefore, has only limited value. Real food, handled with love and care, has far superior healing effects. But if you want to find out for yourself whether it is of benefit to you, try it for a while, or check it with muscel testing (see book below).Forum: Ask Andreas
