I have read, and followed several recommendations. I feel I do need to sleep earlier, but when I try earlier sleep I am overwhelmed with emotional issues and even if I have mock sleep in the 10-12 pm cycle it is not good sleep (it causes me further distress). I am primarily vata. If I allow my typical midnight + bedtime I don't have the emotional stress but also do not feel rested. Suggestions please.
