Holosync didn't work for me

Sorry to give a negative input here, but just to let people know that Holosync didn't work for me. I got to Level 1 spent over a year in total listening and I'm afraid I didn't feel anything at all, except possibly more vivid dreams and a sleepy feeling after listening for an hour. If you feel no benefit though, you can send them back within a year and get a refund. You can also e-mail any questions you have and they will answer you every time. The CD's are relaxing to listen to, and it's good to take time out to do it, but I just lost interest eventually. But I do know that others have had great benefits and it has helped their stress levels a lot.
