The bronchitis you have is not in vain. It occured at a time when the season's change and the immune system is naturally low, and major physical adjustments take place. You have held a lot of grief or emotional pain in your chest for a long time, and by what you did you actually helps your body tackle and release that. So there is not need for remorse. Your mistake turned out to be a trigger for digging up and clearing out from your chest what you no longer need to hold on to. Your life is changing and this is part of it. The herb astragalus has been shown great benefits for prolonged bronchitis. Mint and camomile tea, as well as warm lemon and honey water, and fresh ginger tea, are all good remedies as well.
