Removing excess protein.

Hi Andreas,

In your books and posts you explain the problems of excess protein in the body.

I am wondering (and I realize every person is different but in general) how long it takes to clear excess protein from the cells when the person is doing liver cleanses and following the right body-type diet?

Also you mentioned in a post that the proccess of clearing excess protein may not be pleasant. What are the symptoms? How does clearing excess protein make a person feel?
