Aren't liver herbs necessary along with flushing?

I love this board. I love liver flushing. But what about liver CLEANSING along with the flushing?

I have a very fatty liver and loads of health problems because of it. Once I get all my stones out by flushing, however, isn't the fatty liver still going to be there unless I cleanse the liver with herbs to heal it?

I am currently liver flushing AND herbal cleansing along with a liver friendly diet. I am just curious if any of you know how this all works.

I know I have fatty buildup in my liver cells along with all my stones. What is the main problem here, the stones or the fatty build up? Will a stone free liver be able to dispose of the fat build up in its cells on it's own? Or are liver herbs always necessary when healing a fatty liver?
