Don't be nervous. The worst you will feel is nothing at all. I've been taking all kinds of liver pills and extracts for over a month and don't notice a difference one way or the other. I don't think we are meant to "feel" a difference with the pills/extracts but are supposed to "see" the difference when we flush. Hopefully my third flush will be more productive since my first two were a total disappointment. I'm hoping that the stagnant bile/stones start moving with the supplements. As I said, don't be nervous.
