    I've taken an almost three week break from liver flushing since the flushing marathon done in November. However, the symptoms are starting to come back, so I'm going to flush tonight. I have my apple juice and Epsom Salt mixed and sitting in front of me. How I dread drinking them, yet the drink is never quite as awful as I think it will be. I have fasted on apple juice today. Yesterday I wound up eating a high fat meal. I had car trouble, the mechanics wanted me to leave so they could "Cuss at my Ford". The only refuge nearby was a burger place. You can guess the rest of the story.
    Anyway, I am going to drink the ES/AJ. Send good thoughts my way. Is anyone else flushing tonight?
