Hang in there , if you have done 10 days before you can do it again. I have only made it to 10 days one time and it was my 3rd try. i am now at 4 days and i find if i have my days drinks(8 for me) pre mixed and ready on my counter , im able to grab for one in a hurry when i start thinking too much about food. I also have a thermos ready in case i have to leave the house for any length of time. Two of my failures to reach 10 days was when i was away from my home with out my lemonade drinks for too long of a period. I had not planned not to be gone as long as i was and i got in a space where i got real weak and just gave in ...
I also have to shop and do all the cooking for my family and for some reason cooking even a gourmet dinner dosent bother me at all but shopping at a trader Joes or my local market/delli is a challange.. I now am more aware of my weak spots and try to avoid some situations. I also find a walk helps or some form of exercise.
