It was nice to get your message today. I'm having a "down" day. I have my period and cramps for which I'm told taking any Advil will negate the cleanse PLUS I'm getting sick to death of lemons---PLUS my boyfriend is 1500 miles away and I haven't seen him in 3 weeks. I miss him sooooo much---I'm getting teary just typing this, pathetic---but I chose to do this while he's away because it's just so much easier; he loves to eat!! I want to be 20-25 lbs. thinner by the time he comes home in Mid-May. (I have gained 30 lbs. since we met and I just feel really unattractive AND we are supposed to be eloping at the end of May. I don't want to be a fat bride, yuck!) So anyway, hearing good news from a fellow "cleanser" is a definite pick-me-up.

I made it to Day 10 today and if I get through this rotten day, maybe I'll go for 14 and beyond. We'll see. The way I'm feeling today...

I'm thinking of adding the P&B shakes and the parasite cleanse to really "clean out" and I don't know just to shake things up a bit. I'm not only irritable and sad, I'm bored...

Sorry for the pity party, but I feel better just have "gotten it out!" Anyway, rock on and keep me updated.
