you may try to do a gentle therapy on him yourself or ask a pro therapist for help by applying the sacrum correction as shown in the sample video in my website.
please be careful while doing it and never exeed the patients pain limit during the adjustments.

apply the featured corrective adjustment on both sides of the patients hips for about 10 seconds and repeat this maximum 5 times.
after that the muscles around the pelvis/buttock needs to be massaged several times a day for about a minute a time.
he should feel a relieve very soon.
this can be done several times with at least 2 day intervals.
also do the other exercises featured in my website but only after he can move better.
