With these tests, you just clip a sample of hair and then send ii off to a lab. They will test youour hair and determine mineral deficiencies and heavy metal excesses. I think it would be interesting to know what my body needs and test the results of the clay baths afterward. I think it would be hard to tell what the results are without a test. I am a consumate experimenter and the testing seems like a nifty way to measure the results : )
If you don't use the test though, you could also tell if there was an effect by looking for dark materials in the clay, after your baths. Let us know either way what your results are.
