Hi, wondering if you have tried acupunture yet, and if so how is it working for you?

I am sorry I did not respond sooner, sometimes I get lost in reading or perusing projects and other things, and lose sense of real time.

It sounds though, like you're warring this thing with your whole armor, and thus you are sure to come out with both guns smoking. Attitude is one of the most important facets of any battle.

I am somewhat silly, [I am an artist - and need to be by nature] so everything I think is mostly in pictures. I am picturing you like Yosemite Sam: no matter how many times that pesky wabbit beats him he comes right back fiercer than before.

I hope to keep getting updates - and by the way, have done some reading into the shallow breathing, thru the nose only [very little though] and it does make a lot of sense within the context of the writings I have seen. I did also read testimonies of people that said they overcame asthma with these techniques.
