I have contacted a Buteyko teacher in my area and am doing a course through her. I am pretty confident that learning how to retrain my breathing will halt the progression of my condition. In fact I am almost 100% positive! The techniques used in Buteyko method make perfect sense to me ...
I have not tried acupuncture yet. I believe that acupuncture will happen when the right acupuncturist is 'brought to me'. ( i'm sure it will be in time).
I am a little curious to know what originally led you to be reading my post on curezone.
I am happy to update especially if my condition is good and life is as worth living as it is right now.
