Yep! :) Get some flax seed oil or Udo's Prime if you can, essential fatty acids are very healing. Olive is one of the best of the commercial oils but it's not as great as the ones you ahve to keep cold and raw.

Use olive oil liberally in place of butter, like with bread or on potatos or even your morning oatmeal, things like that. Use Flax on anything cold - salads.

Avoid avoid avoid commercial salad dressings, esp. creamy ones. Avoid deep-fried foods and flour-y desserts. Your liver needs a break! :)
