Gallbladder Polyps/Need advice re: Cleansing

I have multiple polyps on my gallbladder, the largest one being 4mm with no evidence of Biliary tree dilatation, Gallstones or sludge.

I also have CFS and my present symptoms are:

Nausea with some meals
Pain in left shoulder at times with nausea, flushing, hand sweats, tachycardia (heart disease ruled out).
waking with nausea, stomach ache, reflux.
Chills and night sweats.
Weight loss/Inability to gain weight.

I also have a Mycoplasma infection that I have had to treat with Doxycycline as I've tried every other natural means with no improvement.

My question is: I have 2 root canal teeth that should probably be removed, even though there is no evidence of infection, and 10 mercury fillings. I am talking with a biological dentist next week. I am wary of the whole cavitation thing though, and don't want to get sicker. I also am still a little vain and don't want to lose all my teeth.

Can I still do the: bowelcleanse & Parasite cleanse?
then Kidney Cleanse, Liver Flush?

Do I have to do my teeth first? Or can I proceed with cleanses? I really need advice as I am having gallbladder symptoms and am meeting with a surgeon next week and would love any advice as I don't want to resort to surgery.

I am just starting the Doxycycline and hate antibiotics, but have to do that for now.
