Re: Salt water flush- recipe?

I have a recipe in my FAQ, whcih is being moved to my new site, www.askshelley.com. Feel free to visit, it's new but the forum works and the forum software is way cool. :) The salt water flush is also available somewhere on curezone, but I can't remember exactly where! do a search and it will come up.

Basically, it's very simple. Warm a quart of filtered water, add about a tablespoon of salt, taste-test (it should taste salty like soup, as it is the salt that keeps it suspended in your intestines rather than absorbed. If it isn't salty enough you'll absorb it and bloat.) for saltyness, add more if necessary. Drink down as fast as you comfortably can and it should come out as "butt pee" within about 10 minutes. Squat and massage your abs in the meantime. Release as necessary.

Do this the morning after the Liver Flush instead of the dose of Epsom Salts .
