Today, I eat foods from all groups.

Yes, I eat beef & lam few times a week, and few times a month I eat chicken, duck, raindeer or some other meat ... both raw (smoked / dried) and cooked (traditionally prepared).


But, there was time in my life, it lasted 12 years, when I didn't eat meat, eggs or milk products ... was my share of "fasting" ... first I was vegetarian, since the age of 14, then after few years of lacto-vegetarian diet,age of 19 I switched to Macrobiotic diet, and was 10 years on Macrobiotic diet, until I learned how to clean my liver, and overcome my intolerances ... transition from Macrobiotic diet to my "now diet" was slow and it took 2-3 years ...

Today, I try to eat every day some raw vegetable and some raw fruit (seasonal fruit and vegetable - mainly from the same climatic region), and several times a week I consume raw smoked salmon, or other raw smoked sea fish. Raw fish is an important source of energy and vitamins.

I rarely consume eggs, my gut doesn't like it too often, but if I do, then I drink it raw ... I think raw eggs are superior to cokked, at least for my digestive system.

At home, we don't use industrially processed foods, no sugar, no foods containing preservatives, and whenever
available, we choose organic raw ingredients.

Whenever I find time, I try to juice some apples, or carrots (sometimes with wheat grass).

The only industrially processed foods consumed is our home is sour cream and yogurt. These are only milk products that are free from additives and preservatives.

I am blood type O, and if I would have to classify my now diet, it would be a mixture of blood type O diet + stone age diet + some fermented milk products containing probiotics (sour cream and yogurt) and some home made bread.

I never eat sugar, almost never drink vine (99% of all vines contains preservatives), never eat industrially processed foods, almost never eat sugar free cakes, never consume aspartame, msg, and rarely eat in a restaurant ...

I try to choose foods that agree with my body, my gut, my mood and my lifestyle.

I try to walk, bike, run, swim or use trampoline at least once a day.

So, what do I do bad?

I work 16 hours a day. Sometimes, I don't sleep enough, because of work.
There are always 100 things on curezone waiting to be done, corrected, emails answered, things arranged .. and beside that I have my job, as a computer programmer.

CureZone takes too much of my "free" time. It is not really free anymore ... Everyone has his curse ... and curezone is mime.

I have never in my life tasted food from McDonalds or Buger King. I don't think I missed a lot. I grow up in Yugoslavia, and was already following vegetarian/ macrobiotic diet when McDonalds arrived in 80's...
