This message is almost a month old, so I don't know if you'll see it, but I wanted to thank you for confirming my suspicions about the muscle loss while on MC--exercise more!

I was quite tickled to detox, feel better, and indeed lose some weight. I was (and am, to some extend) however irritated about some of the weight loss, since this effectively takes away your bodies ability to burn calories (less hungry muscle cells to feed!).

But I feel better knowing that my thoughts on this match your experience. I know how to handle MC even better on my second round. I just wanted to pass on a thanks for that validation. :)

Aside from that, I just wanted to pass along a big holiday hello from me to you. You came to my proverbial rescue several times while I started MC and I still appreciate that help.

Hope all is well for you. I'm looking forward for the holiday feasting to die down so I can do back on MC and do it the right way!
