Your Book - NOT Available

I ordered your book from Amazon in April. Only now do they tell me they are unable to obtain it and it will take SEVEN WEEKS to issue me a refund check! Unfortunately, because I am dirt poor I have to wait those seven weeks to get that refund before I can try to reorder the book. B&N told my friend they could not get the book either! A U.K. friend said it was available there but will I live long enough (vaginal cancer after cervical cancer/hysterectomy) to even get it??? Maybe you should keep track of how available your book is to people.
