Liver Cleanse Day 3 - Questions

I am SO pumped I made it through all of yesterday on the first day of the 3 day juice fast. I have NEVER been able to go 4 hours without eating food much less an entire day. This is a HUGE breakthrough for me. I have hypoglycemia so eating food is a huge deal for me. I have had trouble with previous liver flushes as they require you to fast after 2pm. I am doing fine so far today and am very excited about this.

I made potassium broth and it actually tasted okay! I drank 16 ounces in mid afternoon and another 16 ounces for dinner. My only issue is that by 9pm, I found myself starving - like break down and eat everything in sight starving. I am proud to say I fought off that demon. I drank consistently from dinner through bedtime, but I guess I need to find something to drink with substance to it versus just thin liquid. I find that my superfood drink works great because I add fruit and organic liquid yogurt to it so it seems to fill me up better - but I can't drink that all day. Any suggestions?

Also, as I am on day three, I am very surprised that I am not passing any liver or gallbladder stones. I have done 5 liver flushes this past year using either the Clark or Sensible Health protocol. In all, I have passed approximately 1,000 stones. Most were pea sized but quite a few were the size of my thumb. It was very exciting to see and know you are getting this stuff out of you.

During the bowel cleanse, my bm's were very dark green. I attributed this to the amount of superfood I was taking. However, I am taking the same amount of superfood this week as last and my bm's now are back to dark brown so that theory is shot. Does anyone know what caused the green bm's? Does the liver cleanse dissolve the stones? Is it odd that none have been passed? I know I am full of stones as I have gallbladder discomfort and when that happens I usually do a flush and release a lot of stones. Thoughts here?

I can't wait until Thursday to eat again! Never has a salad sounded sooooo good!! :)
