amazing this path of cleansing it is, and where it brings me!
i am beginning to, after a yr so far, unravel the mysteries of my ailments, altho i have been feeling not sick enough to classify as being ill, it's been hard to deal with. no traditional diagnosis for my aches,pains,colds,feeling down and unreal.
with all the cleanses i feel like i am at the bottom of it all, at the core. like peeling an onion...

my adrenals need help!

it's amazing how things get clear was we cleanse...rather then adding more into our bodies and confusing ourselves. that's what band aid solutions (drugs) are to me...confusing! as time goes one you don't even know what original health problem you started with!
