Yah ~ I over did the cleanses first of all went into hypomania, hardly slept 2 or 3 hrs a night was an emotional vegetable, I told differant people about it, my situation etc. even, tho i did 13 flushes I only got one stone the very first time none after that. Before i started I was ready for the operating table with acute gallbladder attacks! The first one saved me from that but the following where a rush to judgement! Being told I have a heavily congested liver by someone in a very similar situation i researched it and found this to be true! I found a few sites that confirmed this!
I tried all the herbal remedies that where supposed to help dissolve them with out much luck! But i am working on Bowel Cleanses and I do the mini cleanse a cocktail of OO grapefruit juice and water and sippin that throughout the day! I am taking it very slowly! Trying different things , I switched from doing emergency Epsom Salts (magnesium sulphate ) to a daily dose of magnesium oxide which also is great for the small intestine, large doses of vitamin C and UT urine therapy which I am haveing great results from! Just recently restarted urine enemas which also keeps my candida in check and flushes the liver also! Gotta keep trying till I find my own personal remedy and cure . Gettin better at it though!
