now, i'm dying to find out more about this: "Being told I have a heavily congested liver by someone in a very similar situation i researched it and found this to be true! I found a few sites that confirmed this!"

a) how'd you go about "researching it" that led to your finding it "to be true!"?
and
b) can you post links to the "few sites that confirmed this"?

i think my liver/gallbladder are still congested. i was impressed, though, with results from julia chang's gold coin grass — and chinese bitters. i think a lot of congealed cholesterol came out in stools after i'd done two months/bottles of the coin grass and then did the chinese bitters. i emailed my experience to julia — large-ish balls in the toilet bowl that floated. this went on for days and, when i ran out of my bitters (which i'd also used, as julia suggests, for 2 or 3 weeks prior to starting the two, 250 ml bottles of coin grass), it stopped. julia's assistant, rebecca, said it sounded like what often happens: that the stones got softened and were being pushed out of the liver gradually by the bitters (which are, specifically to decongest the liver).

i think my liver's been really congested because i've gone decades with 0 or 1 teaspoon of oil in my diet. i read that can be a real cause of liver congestion. also, i have (actual) bruises in front where the liver is (and have had for years!) — which is not a good sign. the past couple years i have pain in the area when i eat too large a meal.
