Yah I can relate I was so thrilled when I first found out about the cleanse and all the great affects that go along with it. Its been two years since my first flush and I still have pain in the same area with actually vericose vains not bruises but they may as well be! The site in this link and this particular paragraph hit home for me, I beleive I posted it in the Liver Flush forum or someone I knew did, but it was ignored, no response at all! So I assume we are in the minority, which is great I'm glad so many get such quick results.
I didnt really give the chinese herbs enought time I suppose, but I started having great results with Mega dosing vita C and also the magnesium oxide, both of which are inexpensive and accessible. I also found huge, well, comparatively, but great improvement with UT urine therapy! If you can get paste the taste you on are your way to improved health! Check out the forum! A liver cleanse should not be done indiscriminately. It could hurt some more than it helps them. Some people are so clogged that the substance that is in the tissue of the liver is holding the structure of the liver in it's functioning shape. To remove the waste material too quickly could be devastating. This is rare but it does happen. Even though the goal of achieving a clean liver is always beneficial. With some people it will take longer. But, improving diet always comes first.
