Well I figure if i can aim for 8 days I could easliy go another 2- i am trying to trick myself. I did 8 on the first fast 6 mos ago- and around day 8 my tongue looked less white- so I just jumped the gun and began the oj and soup process. After 8 days i was ready to join society again. But i really do want to do 12 but i will be happy with 10. I also heard and this is vain- that weight comes off more after day 8 so i want to stick around for that!Forum: Master Cleanse Supp
